Production line definition

The production line is the route that the production process goes through, that is, the route formed by a series of production activities, such as processing, transportation, assembly, and inspection, from the time the raw materials enter the production site. The production line is organized according to the principle of the object, and a production organization form that completes the product process, that is, according to the principle of product specialization, equipped with various equipments and workers required to produce a certain product (zero, component), responsible for completing some kind of All manufacturing work for products (zero, parts).

Production line and assembly line

The types of production lines are divided into production lines and parts production lines according to the size of the range. They are divided into flow production lines and non-flow production lines according to the rhythm. According to the degree of automation, they are divided into automatic production lines and non-automatic production lines.
The basic principle of the production line is to decompose a process of production duplication into several sub-processes. The former sub-process creates execution conditions for the next sub-process, and each process can be performed simultaneously with other sub-processes. In short, it is "functional decomposition, spatially sequential, and overlapping in time."
The production line is characterized by a specific person to complete each process, step by step processing. Everyone does a specific job.

The meaning of the work line

1. Improve the work efficiency of workers and equipment tooling;

2. The time consumption of a single product reduces costs (equivalent to increasing per capita output)

3. Reduce the work-in-process of the process and truly realize "one stream";

4. Realize unit production on the basis of balanced production lines, improve production resilience, and respond to market changes to achieve flexible production systems;

5. Through the balanced production line, it can be comprehensively applied to all IE methods such as program analysis, motion analysis, planning ( Layout ) analysis, handling analysis, time analysis, etc., to improve the overall quality of all staff.

Production line classification

Plug-in production line :

Widely used in the electronics industry. The combination and configuration of the plug-in line of the production line can be arbitrarily changed. The speed of the plug-in can be adjusted by the shift knob. The width can be increased with the width of the board at any time. The fuselage is made of aluminum alloy . The push-pull line uses the aluminum profile rail as the transport medium. Therefore, the wire body has low friction , no noise , no need to add any lubricating oil , and does not pollute the printed printed board.

Roller production line

Features: A wide range of products are carried, with limited restrictions; with the use of the blocker, the product can be continuous, beat operation and accumulation function; with the top-up shifting device, the product can be repaired offline or detected without affecting The entire pipeline runs.

Belt production line

Features: The products carried are lighter and have fewer shape restrictions; and the production line runs synchronously, which can realize the product's climbing and turning; with the belt as the carrier and conveying, the smooth conveying of the product can be realized, the noise is small; the light material or the product can be realized longer. Distance transport.

Double speed chain conveyor production line

Features: The differential conveying line is pulled by double speed chain, the tooling board can be freely transported, and the workpiece is freely moved or stopped by the position of the stopper. The workpiece can be automatically raised and traversed at both ends. It is also possible to install a rotating ( 90 degree, 180 degree...), special machine, testing equipment, robot and other devices on the line body or next to the line body.

Packaging production line

Technical description : Packaging production line with lamp with fan packaging production line and lamp packaging production line , general with lamp with fan packaging production line for a wide range of applications , simple operation . Mainly used in electronics factories, hardware factories, toy factories and other packaging workshops . Sitting in the middle , in the middle is a work surface with a conveyor belt . Improve production efficiency , greatly reduce labor , wages

Uses and features : The packaging production line is composed of a hood-type adsorption corrugating machine, a paper carrier, a glue coating machine, a double-sided machine, a paper cutter, a preheating roller, a double-layer bridge, a glue machine and the like. The utility model has the advantages of high automation degree, convenient operation and maintenance, high production efficiency, good cardboard quality, compact structure and beautiful appearance.

Production line development trend

1 Continue to develop into large-scale. Large-scale includes several aspects such as large conveying capacity, large single machine length and large conveying inclination. The length of the hydraulic conveying device has reached more than 440 kilometers. The length of the belt conveyor is nearly 15 kilometers, and there have been a number of " belt conveyors " that link the two sides. Many countries are exploring a more complete conveyor structure for long-distance, large-volume continuous conveying of materials.

2 Expand the scope of use of the conveyor. Development of conveyors that can operate in environments with high temperatures and low temperatures, corrosive, radioactive, and flammable materials, as well as materials that can transport hot, explosive, agglomerated, and viscous materials.

3 Make the structure of the conveyor meet the requirements of the single handling of the automatic control of the material handling system. For example, the trolley conveyor of the automatic sorting package used by the post office should be able to meet the requirements of the sorting action.

4 Reducing energy consumption to save energy has become an important aspect of scientific research in the field of transportation technology. The energy consumed to transport 1 ton of material for 1 km has been one of the important indicators for conveyor selection.

5 Reduce the dust, noise and exhaust emissions generated by various conveyors during operation.
